Independent automobile dealership in south Kansas City is looking for hard working, positive individuals to join our Sales Team as a full time associate.  We offer a unique buying experience that is more of an educational sale than the typical used car hard sell.  Many of our customers are repeat customers, with some buying 2 or more cars a year, and a strong referral base. We are looking for an individual who is very team oriented, knowledgeable about sales, the selling process, automobiles, social media marketing, and has the ability to work well with others in a team environment.  You will wear many hats during the day, not just selling cars. Bi-State Pool Management located in O’Fallon, MO is hiring for Construction Laborer and Service Technician to add to our outstanding work force. We service residential and commercial pools, build custom residential pools, and provide quality customer service throughout the St. Charles and St. Louis counties. Pay scale ranges from $14.00 - $28.00 hour based on experience and job performance.   Service Technician: Pool opening/closing, cleaning, and general maintenance on both residential and commercial pools Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; conducting tests; resolving problems Build positive relationships with customers Construction Laborer: Install in-ground swimming pools; gunite, liner and fiberglass Experience in bobcat and truck/trailer operation. Perform various labor tasks on job site (shovel concrete, clean up job sites, ect.) Pool construction experience a plus Compensation & Benefits: Pay scale ranges from $14.00 - $28.00 hour based on experience and job performance.
