Job Requirements and Preferences : Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required : High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience : 6 year(s) Preferred Qualifications : Degree Preferred : Bachelor Degree Preferred Fields of Study : Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration/Management, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric Preferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success overseeing efforts in digital marketing techniques, marketing trends and industry-leading practices, emphasizing the following areas: Utilizing Marketing Automation systems and a variety of foundational marketing technologies; Displaying digital marketing experience across channels, with a focus on email, social, web and advertising, alongside experience of measuring and analyzing data to build a picture of campaign performance; Understanding complex customer journeys in a B2B services and products context; Leveraging Firm-wide marketing and sales methodology and a champion of understanding how we connect marketing to sales; Evaluating data, using analytical and statistical tools to discover useful information and aid in business decision making; Creating integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on Marketing Technology coupled with data & analytics, and a marketing mix that drives the business strategy by serving as a technical consultant from inception through execution; Leading the development of channel strategies and marketing tactics across a wide variety of functional areas of the marketing mix including: brand, digital and social marketing, public relations, analyst relations, collateral, thought leadership and sales tools, events, etc.; Consulting with teams on the effectiveness of campaigns, using a combination of sales data, marketing data and other channel metrics; Evaluating, analyzing and interpreting voice of the customer and market research information from a variety of sources and apply learnings to drive marketing strategy; Working with teams to remain up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems, identifying digital skills gaps in the team and helping to fill those through completing/designing training for the team and broader Marketing function; Serving as Marketing Technology specialist to leadership to develop strategies that deliver a premier client experience, with a focus on campaign optimization and deriving insights from data; Evaluating the appropriateness of proposed marketing activities with alignment to marketing strategy, targets and business development opportunities; Reporting on measuring and tracking results of marketing campaigns including a quantitative and qualitative analysis on how Marketing campaigns contribute to impact on client relationships, the sales pipeline and brand awareness/equity; Making recommendations on campaign effectiveness and influence on overall business goals; Managing multiple complex marketing campaigns in one or more business areas that drive meaningful revenue for the firm and is an enabler for growth; Driving adherence to risk management protocols as they relate to the production and distribution of thought leadership, points of view, public relations, events, social marketing, etc.; Making sure all marketing deliverables are aligned with strategy, goals, objectives and adheres to brand guidelines; Managing on-going marketing strategy and driving change by collaborating with other marketing and sales professionals, as well as other enabler groups; Liaising with global marketers as appropriate to align programs and make sure there is a consistent message and go-to-market approach; Coaching teams to optimize marketing campaigns to manage conversion and leading generation goals, consulting with Sales and Marketing leadership as appropriate; Exhibiting agility in a dynamic market and organization, adjusting programs as-needed basis; Influencing stakeholders, explaining new marketing processes and deliverables and impact; Leveraging and marshaling resources from many areas of a firm through appropriate planning and integration of skills; Demonstrating abilities to communicate and write in order to translate complex concepts into easy to understand and compelling messaging; Leading, managing, and coaching staff, improving marketing processes and solving problems; and, Owning responsibility for marketing campaign budget decisions.
