MISSION Our client is looking for varying level of Technical Support personal to provide technical assistance for installation, maintenance (both programmed, preventative and corrective), training and support related to the machines sold by the Company to its customers. MAIN ACTIVITIES - machine Mechanical and Electrical assembly; - be part of installation of machines supporting the assigned team of installer; - arrange, coordinate and participate to the final test of the machines at the customers site in order to grant the acceptance of the product by the customer; - assist customers for mechanical on warranty and out of warranty services ensuring the prompt repair of the equipment; - check and verify the correct utilization of the equipment together with safety measures used by operators; - support customers with local presence and production support in case of assignment contractually agreed; - machine troubleshooting, repair. - customer maintenance support; - perform training courses on machine preventive maintenance. - draft repairs report to share with customers and to the manager in charge. HARD SKILLS †mechanics skills; †basic assembly blue print reading; †machine Tools Basic Equipment knowledge ; †mechanical/ Electrical Schematic basic knowledge (capability to read electric diagrams); †hydraulic / Pneumatic basic knowledge (capability to read hydraulic & pneumatic diagrams); †basic knowledge how to use mechanical/electrical tools; †Microsoft office pack. SOFT SKILLS †capability to organize the team in order to grant to the customers a prompt and proper support; †proactive approach; †hands- on approach; †able to withstand the pressure; †commercial capability in order to manage the relationship with the customer in difficult situations; SPECIFICITY † available to travel at least 150 days per year and to work during weekends if needed BENEFITS To be discussed but include comprehensive health insurance, with van and tools provided for, as well as overtime structure and travel benefits. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year plus overtime structure

Pool service technician/helpers needed. We have multiple positions available in our swimming pool service department. A Pool Service Manager is needed to run the daily operations of the service department. They will oversee all technicians, make service schedules, and handle all incoming service inquiries. A pool Technician will know how to maintain and repair all swimming pool equipment. Mechanically inclined is an acceptable equivalent. Helpers will be needed as assistance to technicians and to do general pool maintenance, i.e. vacuum, empty baskets, backwash filters etc. Previous experience, and computer savvy, a plus but we will train the right person.   Must have valid drivers license.
