We are looking for a hands-on leader to direct our maintenance team.  We need somebody that has problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.  Can you fix anything and have a desire to help others learn?  If so, we would love to visit with you.  We are a great company to work for that values the contributions from our team members.  Our molding plant consists of 10 molding machines of various sizes.  We mold beaded foam products into a myriad of different shapes and products.  We make pharmaceutical shipping containers, surfboards, protective packaging, automotive products, and so much more.  We need a solid maintenance leader that can upgrade our existing equipment, install new equipment, and keep the plant running efficiently.  You would work directly for the General Manager and would be considered part of the management team.  If you are well-versed in machinery and maintenance and you want to be involved in a unique, fun, challenging and rewarding career; we need to visit.  If...
