Responsibilities Job Summary: 3 positions available   The QC agent is part of a team that is responsible for monitoring the quality of work performed by field agents assigned to SPI's "Merchant Visits" program on behalf of one of its largest clients. Quality control is needed to ensure we comply with standards for customer visits as well as to protect client and company branding. QC reps will call out to our client's customers and conduct a scripted "Follow-Up" survey in reference to a previous visit our Field Agents have conducted to the customer. Most of the work day is spent making calls to customers to attempt to complete surveys as well as reviewing and noting quality issues in records of visits submitted by field agents in the customer visit tracking software. This includes reviewing field agent notes regarding their visits, any objections the agent may have had to overcome, and photo submissions submitted by the field reps to confirm the visit was completed to company standards. The results of quality control activities will be reported to the management team to be used to improve the quality of visits to customers and maintain quality of documentation and reporting and activities by field agents. Research test/client information and confirm and verify all written and electronic orders by utilizing lab technology systems or directory of services. 4. Responsible for completing all data entry requirements accurately including data entry of patient registration; entry of test order from req or pulling order from database; managing Standing Orders. 5. Enter billing information and collect payments when required, including the safeguarding of assets and credit card information. 6. Data entry and processing specimens including: labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and freezing specimens as required by test order. 7. Perform departmental-related clerical duties when assigned such as data entry, inventory, stock supplies, and answer phones when needed. 8. Read, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols and procedures: (i.e. Procedure Manuals, Safety Manual, Compliance Manual, Automobile Policies and Procedures, Employee Handbook, Quality Assurance Manual); and ensure that all staff members follow instructions. 9. Perform verification of patient demographic info / initials including patient signature post-venipuncture to verify tubes were labeled in their presence and that the name on the label is correct. 10. Assist with compilation and submission of monthly statistics and data. 11. Maintain all appropriate phlebotomy logs in a timely manner and based on frequency, such as maintenance logs and temperature logs. 12. Complete training courses and keep up-to-date with the latest phlebotomy techniques. 13. Travel to Territory Manager meeting if held off-site or off normal shift. 14. Participate on special projects and teams. 15. Stay up-to-date on company communications and assist with the distribution of technical information to the work group. 16. Perform Point of Care (POC) testing at those sites where needed and the complete training/competency evaluations per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). 17. With appropriate training, act as mentor and resource for new employees, assisting with transition into the PSC work environment and the familiarity with established procedures. 18. Summary: Promotes the Company’s products by servicing assigned accounts. Maintains store standards by creating and arranging floor displays, resetting coolers and stocking shelves. Places price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, on floor. Accurately, consistently and safely follows directions, is involved in manually lifting and placing cases or bottles of wine and spirits throughout the day.   Checks quantities of goods on display and in stock and services the account to achieve 100% in stock. Prepares, constructs and maintains product displays according to schematics, directions and standards. Accurately receives, sort, label and store merchandise Organizes sales floor while servicing account to allow for safe shopping environment for customers Operates order pickers and/or pallet jacks to move cases from warehouse to sales floor Maintains updated account information for all assigned accounts and uses the information to plan and execute the day.  Has the necessary POS needed for the day on the truck, returns unused POS to the warehouse promptly. Maintains all administrative work in a neat and legible fashion.  Copies key personnel on market conditions, refused displays and other customer issues. Submits daily activity report and merchandising reports.  Prepares and maintains required paperwork, reports and records. Operates motor vehicle to various assigned accounts within an assigned geographic region. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned) Properly conducts a pre and post trip inspection, notating any vehicle defects. Abides by the DOT hours of service rules and regulations for their license type. Safely operates a delivery vehicle ranging in size from a 16’ straight truck to a class A tractor-trailer from company warehouse to customer premises and back. The potential for dedicated overnight routes exist. Accurately delivers invoiced products by bottle, case, pallet or hand-stack from the delivery truck and placing said merchandise into customer account. As required, may place product in designated areas such as coolers or shelves as customer location.  Responsible for transfer of product from location to location when needed. Verifies receipt of correct order with the customer by checking product type and size against the provided invoice, obtains customer signature and payment if necessary, for goods received.   Listens to and resolves service complaints. Collects money from customers and records transactions on customer receipt.   Collects COD payments from COD customers as specified on the invoice. Adjusts invoices noting errors or shortages of product and returns extra product to the warehouse. Ensures physical security of truck at all times.  Handles approximately 350 cases in a given day. May handle up to 700 cases during times of increased account activity.  Delivers to approximately 19 accounts daily. May deliver to up to 30 accounts during times of increased account activity.  Covers approximately 160 miles daily, miles occasionally increase anywhere from 200 to 300 miles during times of increased account activity or out of town routes.  Supervises one or more helpers when pre-determine case or stop levels require.   Provide feedback to transportation management in terms of route changes or route concerns.  May utilize a smartphone for interaction with HOS service software and/or driver monitoring programs.     Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Spanish bilingual abilities preferred.   Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s, by using the units of American money, weight measurement, volume, and distance.   Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished (in written, oral, or diagram form) and to deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.   Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Requires a current Class B state driver's license (Class A license also allowed and may be required for positions based on location); ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements. Must be able to obtain valid DOT medical certification card and file appropriately with state Motor Vehicle Department   Other Requirements - Tools & Technology: Ability to regularly operate a motor vehicle, delivery trucks; pallet jacks, handcarts, global positioning system receivers, location based messaging service platforms and portable data input terminals.
