We do this through: Commercialization - Amplity Health has the expertise, people and infrastructure to meet a wide range of commercialization challenges Clinical & Medical Outsourced Solutions - Building end to end external engagement solutions and capabilities across clinical and medical affairs globally Consulting - Building end to end external engagement solutions and capabilities across clinical and medical affairs globally Remote Engagement - Alternative channels across the medical and commercial continuum to engage with HCPs and patients Field Outsourced Solutions - Tailored field team programs to meet a wide range of objectives and client needs The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will provide clinical and scientific information in response to inquiries about pharmaceutical company developmental products & future marketed products to physicians, other health care providers, medical centers and staff, health maintenance organizations, and government health agencies. The MSL will also identify and develop relationships with regional and national key opinion leaders; and when appropriate the MSL will assist with the identification of potential clinical investigators. The Medical Science Liaison will collaborate with other field-based personnel to ensure that pharmaceutical company maintains a strong clinical and scientific presence in the field. Responsibilities Work with an exciting Biotech company at the phase I/II pre-launch stage for their first-in-class, Hematology radio-therapies. The MSL will serve as a liaison to Research Centers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) throughout the given territory in US. You will be responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with Clinical Research Investigators, medical experts and KOLs in the Hematology, radiation oncology and nuclear medicine Therapeutic Areas. Work closely with the Biotech's HQ to drive a successful pre-launch campaign across US. * Anticipate and be flexible to industry changes and innovative approaches, must understand and cope with both traditional pharmaceutical and smaller, innovative biotech competitors. * Cross-functionally partner with in-house and other customer facing staff towards achievement of strategic objectives * Work closely with KOLs and major Academic Centers * Support clinical trial enrolment and assist clinical researchers/Investigators on clinical development questions. * Work in accordance to applicable compliance laws. Requirements * Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with Life Science Required, Terminal Degree-Medicine Doctorate degree strongly preferred * Experienced MSL with previous experience in Onc-Hematology. * Radiation Oncology/Nuclear Medicine expertise preferred * Experienced in KOL relationship development and management, medical science training, disease awareness, disease education programs, behavioral change programs, and speakers training programs, local advisory board management and with major Academic Centers. * Ability to integrate patients' and customers' insights in delivering scientific communication to external stakeholders * Willingness to support clinical trial enrollment needed Successfully communicate value to external customers and local payers. Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills are required. * Medical fluency capability required * Demonstrated ability to cope with challenges and maintain motivation and drive even when faced with challenges * Ability to work autonomously, manage time, priorities and plan calendar accordingly. Ability to use digital technology and social media in compliant manner Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and associated hardware is required. Must have thorough knowledge and application of required compliance guidelines. A valid Driver's License and a good driving record are required. Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the company. Demonstrated technical aptitude and working proficiency with using iPad and basic applications in Microsoft office suite. Must be able to successfully complete client training and meet training expectations in order to proceed to servicing client's customers within the parameters of the program.
