12 Rifles services the automotive wholesale remarketing industry.  We provide a Vehicle Condition Report (CR) to Automotive Retail Dealers prior to the vehicle being posted (for sale) on wholesale remarketing sites (Dealer to Dealer). The Dealer relies on us to verify equipment, photograph the vehicle in its present condition, document damage thus providing a verifiable “true” vehicle condition disclosure.  Other than obvious major mechanical issues, i.e. does not run, windows are non-functioning, we do not provide mechanical inspections. A CR Writer will travel to assigned Dealers, obtain vehicle list, perform inspections and maintain a good working relationship with their assigned Dealers. A typical day will include arriving at the assigned store, checking in with the pre-determined point of contact, obtaining the vehicle list, checking out vehicle keys and inspecting the vehicles on the lot.  Key to our success, we do our job without disturbing the Dealership’s daily business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. Safely and properly unload a trailer of product, verify the load for accuracy and stage for put away.   Conduct proper put away of goods in the warehouse ensuring safety and proper rack utilization.    Meet individual productivity and accuracy standards as identified through Labor Management (LM) metrics.   Required to safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) to include forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachment, and/or clamper truck or attachment.  Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns and tools for the purpose of maintaining proper inventory levels and proper location of goods in the warehouse.   Assist in the process of putting away returned product from previous day’s deliveries.   Performs cleaning and maintenance duties as directed. Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting as directed. Observes safe product handling techniques. Cooperates with management and peers alike.  Is punctual and consistently available for work.  As needed, pre-pick and stage odd ball cases and bottles for use in the night shipping.   Pull and stage large customer orders in demand, such as Costco, Total Wine, etc.  Interact with associates during the hand-off from shift to shift.  Frequently will have interaction with delivery personnel, and the early morning receiving crew. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned) Properly conducts a pre and post trip inspection, notating any vehicle defects. Abides by the DOT hours of service rules and regulations for their license type. Safely operates a delivery vehicle ranging in size from a 16’ straight truck to a class A tractor-trailer from company warehouse to customer premises and back. The potential for dedicated overnight routes exist. Accurately delivers invoiced products by bottle, case, pallet or hand-stack from the delivery truck and placing said merchandise into customer account. As required, may place product in designated areas such as coolers or shelves as customer location.  Responsible for transfer of product from location to location when needed. Verifies receipt of correct order with the customer by checking product type and size against the provided invoice, obtains customer signature and payment if necessary, for goods received.   Listens to and resolves service complaints. Collects money from customers and records transactions on customer receipt.   Collects COD payments from COD customers as specified on the invoice. Adjusts invoices noting errors or shortages of product and returns extra product to the warehouse. Ensures physical security of truck at all times.  Handles approximately 350 cases in a given day. May handle up to 700 cases during times of increased account activity.  Delivers to approximately 19 accounts daily. Regional Training Manager II
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (additional responsibilities may be assigned)  Facilitates formal learning through instructor led training (ILT) events in accordance with the RNDC Center for Professional Learning, New Hire Onboarding of Sales Professionals and Basic Management Training programs for individual contributors of sales and front line sales leaders. Leads, drives and provides real time field sales coaching to front line leaders as part of the defined RNDC sales coaching program designed to develop, reinforce and enhance the sales skills of individual contributors and sales coaching skills of front line leaders. Provides tactical support to front line leadership for training new sales professionals as part of the New Associate Career and Onboarding plan. Coordinates, communicates and drives execution of e-learning sales training initiatives relevant to RNDC Sales Academy, RNDC sales technology, statewide regulations training, supplier brand education modules and/or any other sales specific online learning initiatives. Execute social media and social learning strategies for reinforcing learning and field application before, during and following instructor led and e-learning training events. Effectively communicates with all levels of leadership on local execution of learning and development initiatives to drive influence and accountability. Serves as a RNDC Brand Ambassador for local college and military recruiting events by participating in career fair and on campus interviews and/or statewide recruiting events. Guides leadership in maximizing the utilization of innovation and technology to improve efficiencies as part of sales learning and development initiatives. As assigned, leads supplier-developed training programs. Possession of and operating a motor vehicle to access customer accounts for delivery, promotion, and efficient and prompt sales and other key activities.
