The Associate Director, Marketing Technology is responsible for working with Research Marketing to evaluate the marketing technology landscape within Wiley, defining requirements for new toolsets and aligning business processes. This role will also coordinate with Technology to evaluate, choose, and implement marketing technology providers based on measurable success criteria. As an expert in marketing technology you will help architect the marketing technology ecosystem for the Research Marketing team to drive Wiley's Customer Focus strategic objective. This position will require the you to collaborate closely with the Marketing organization, Technology, and external partners to meet the technology and data needs of the various customer groups. You will: Serve as primary liaison between Research Marketing and Technology to outline roadmaps, use cases, new implementations, business priorities, and renewals etc. Manage the requirements gathering process with Research Marketing to elicit and document business and functional requirements for small, medium and large scale MarTech & business process improvement initiatives Lead/Coordinate the selection, evaluation and choice of marketing technology providers by gaining a deep understanding of the business processes in use and matching the right technologies to meet those needs Manage Research Marketing technology budget and prioritize funding for marketing technology investments M anage the implementation process of new marketing technologies working alongside Technology team Manage the enablement of new tools by helping craft required new workflows, processes, and trainings Wiley is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
