GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Procurement Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution and management of procurement and subcontracting activities in support of program operations. This role ensures the timely acquisition of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services across both government (FAR/DFARS) and commercial programs, while balancing compliance-driven procurement with the best commercial practices for speed, cost efficiency, and supplier agility. The position focuses on execution, compliance, cost control, and schedule adherence, directly supporting program performance and EBITDA objectives.
