This individual must have exceptional customer service skills and be able to adjust on the fly. Individual will be driving passengers in Cadillac Escalade SUV or Mercedes Sprinter Van. We are looking for an individual to oversee our company’s accounts payable and receivables as well as perform a variety of duties, such as bookkeeping, tenant invoices, make deposits, reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Some of the responsibilities include; reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to vendors, maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts, and to ensure timely payments. To be successful in this role, you should have a  background in Finance or Bookkeeping and be familiar with computers and software, both Word and Excel.
