Crew Leader *Position offers competitive hourly rate plus commission*  Lead in managing landscape/maintenance tasks on client properties, monitor lawn and landscape quality, ensure customer satisfaction, train and supervise lawn technicians (which includes addressing and reconciling concerns), operate company work truck, maintain supplies and inventory, ensures work contracted fits specifications and is conducted efficiently in ordnance with the contract specifications, lead in performing and training all tasks of operations including but not limited to: coaching, mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, raking, and mulch/sod installation, and hardscape installs.
