• Supervising staff, organizing and monitoring work flow. • Accomplishes factory workers results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. • Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments. • Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries. • Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Job Requirements • Production experience required • Experience in a food/beverage processing facility is required. • Problem identification and resolution skills • Strong interpersonal skills; able to inspire and motivate associates and problem solve Basic PC skills required

Job Summary: Works in transportation or warehousing of goods. Processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment. Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely. Job Duties: • Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another • Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay • Receives products and coordinates delivery • Prepares loads for shipment • Takes steps to avoid quality control issues • Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels • Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met • Oversees inventory of goods and vehicles • Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible • Streamlines shipping and transportation processes Skills & Qualifications: • Problem-solving skills • Decision making ability • Organizational skills • Procedural mindset • Ability to prioritize • Understanding of quality management principles • Attention to detail • Ability to analyze data and understand connections • Experience in logistics management preferred • Two-year degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred, Experience often may substitute for education • SAP Experience Preferred • UPS Software Experience Preferred
