The position summary states the general nature and purpose of the job. Overall accountabilities are defined in this section.   Performs repairs and troubleshooting on food processing equipment to include, but not limited to: stuffers, vacuum pumps, mixers, grinders, packaging machinery, conveyors, hydraulic units, multivacs, and ovens.

This individual will perform the duties of a Refrigeration/Boiler Technician and assist other maintenance personnel on his/her shift.

This position will act in concert with the Powerhouse Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that PM’s are completed, downtime events are responded to appropriately and providing “on the job” training (OJT).   Knowledge of operating, testing, troubleshooting and repairing ammonia-based refrigeration systems, and HVAC, stand-alone “rack” systems, and boiler and hot water systems.   Basic knowledge of General Maintenance and Electrical and Electronic Systems are also required.  The associate must be able to work in a team environment, or individually with little or no supervision.  Must comply with all Company SAFETY rules (LOCKOUT/TAGOUT, ETC), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), and all Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations.

Hog Loader Days- Valley View, 3 positions (rural Putnam County) H09 Load out personnel assists in loading market hogs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Assuring safety and practice of proper animal handling techniques during load out. • Following proper bio-security guidelines and procedures. • Assisting in load schedules. • Ensuring proper health care of the animals. • Cleaning of the unit as needed. • Maintaining load out equipment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Interpreting company policy and specifications to workers and enforces safety regulations • Operating application equipment in accordance with SOP’s, State regulations and training guides • Supervising daily activities of multiple fulltime associates • Performing maintenance of equipment • Performing testing on lagoon, soil, instream and storm waters as required • Providing information for reports as required • Coordinating the daily tasks and monitors performance of Land Application Crew • Documenting work order information in a timely manner • Responding quickly to issues to minimize risk • Reviewing and updating field notebooks • Updating application maps daily • Participating in Special Projects as needed

Farm Maintenance Team Leader – Princeton- H04 DESCRIPTION- Lead Utilities department to ensure all customer needs are met, which may include: sewer line repair, cleaning, irrigation repairs, new construction, updating underground pipeline maps and maintaining company owned roads.
