Is responsible for implementing procedures for setting up new parts in the stockroom. Works with planners to determine new parts to be inventoried. Approves part requests and creates MDO for parts to be inventoried and/or changed in system. Implements procedures for repaired, warrantied and/or exchanges parts. Serves as the POC for the ROCKWELL system/program. Implements programs per Mondelēz negotiated initiatives. Tracks and documents all parts sent out for repair. Performs analysis of buying new versus repair of a part. Ensures returned repairs are labeled and warranty repair periods are documented. Researches and resolves quality issues with parts. Works with vendors and M&R team to resolve technical and functioning issues with parts. Works with stockroom attendants who receive parts daily to resolve tactical issues with shipped parts (stock and non-stock). Performs intra-plant transfers to purchase and/or sell stock parts within the network. Responsible for ordering non-stock parts/services as deemed necessary. Responsible for managing and leading the bakery's inventory reduction goals. Implements programs to identify and analyze idle, slow-moving and obsolete parts. Supports purchasing through consignment/buyback initiatives. Implements processes to remove spare parts from inventory. Tracks and reports monthly KPI's in Asset Management system. Measures inventory values, overstock ,and storeroom fill rate and cycle counts. Manages and implements Corporate Initiatives for Preferred Vendors. Summary : Business Partner with several internal business colleagues including the Director and Manager, Sales Finance (State) and senior sales management and leadership. Lead portfolio manager team in supplier planning, inventory management, goal planning and sales communication activities. Job duties include management of various key responsibilities directly related to supplier relations, contract commitments and planning. Works closely with suppliers, sales teams and portfolio managers to develop programs that drive the business; communicates program progress; and manages inventory to support programs. Pick and pack orders using label picking, ring scanners, voice directed picking or paper picket tickets.    Performs various other duties, as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned) Properly conducts a pre and post trip inspection, notating any vehicle defects. Abides by the DOT hours of service rules and regulations for their license type. Safely operates a delivery vehicle ranging in size from a 16’ straight truck to a class A tractor-trailer from company warehouse to customer premises and back. The potential for dedicated overnight routes exist. Accurately delivers invoiced products by bottle, case, pallet or hand-stack from the delivery truck and placing said merchandise into customer account. As required, may place product in designated areas such as coolers or shelves as customer location.  Responsible for transfer of product from location to location when needed. Verifies receipt of correct order with the customer by checking product type and size against the provided invoice, obtains customer signature and payment if necessary, for goods received.   Listens to and resolves service complaints. Collects money from customers and records transactions on customer receipt.   Collects COD payments from COD customers as specified on the invoice. Adjusts invoices noting errors or shortages of product and returns extra product to the warehouse. Ensures physical security of truck at all times. Handles approximately 350 cases in a given day. May handle up to 700 cases during times of increased account activity. Delivers to approximately 19 accounts daily. May deliver to up to 30 accounts during times of increased account activity. Covers approximately 160 miles daily, miles occasionally increase anywhere from 200 to 300 miles during times of increased account activity or out of town routes. Supervises one or more helpers when pre-determine case or stop levels require.  Provide feedback to transportation management in terms of route changes or route concerns.
