Job Requirements and Preferences : Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor Degree Additional Educational Requirements : In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations. Minimum Years of Experience : 7 year(s) Preferred Qualifications : Degree Preferred : Master Degree Preferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in product strategy, new business and market development, and building diverse science teams and solutions that drive product strategies, including the following areas: Managing multiple science and business strategies simultaneously; Leveraging experience in all phases research, prototyping, and productization; Utilizing the product life cycle framework and agile R&D processes; Developing multi-level relationships with stakeholders and team members to establish research sciences delivery goals are met as planned; Identifying, managing, resolving, and mitigating key risks and issues impacting the sciences strategy and solutions that impact the product roadmap; Establishing the partnerships that accelerate solutions; and, Innovating new products and services that expand existing markets. Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in developing new market and business opportunities in the following areas: Driving personalization in the professional learning and talent marketplace; Innovating news approaches in learning, automation, and personalization; Establishing science strategy, roadmap, funding, and resourcing plans; Hiring, developing, and managing diverse teams of scientists, learning scientists, UX researchers, applied scientists, learning experience designers; Establishing that any new 3rd party contracts for business and product partnerships; and, Establishing pricing and revenue performance metrics for new services and solutions associated to science IP.
