This one-year position is grant-funded and will focus on juvenile justice and other advocacy issues.   This individual will work with AAP’s state chapters and pediatricians to advance our advocacy priorities in local media markets, help pediatricians prepare for media engagements, and help plan media events at the state and local level.   We are looking for an individual with at least three years’ related experience in communications, preferably in the healthcare sector.
