Reporting to the Portfolio Delivery Leader, this position is responsible for overseeing all activities and people associated with the planning, oversight, and successful execution and delivery of HR programs, projects and initiatives with budgets ranging from $100K to upwards of $10M. Lead team of 6-10 direct reports responsible for providing project and initiative management expertise on prioritized HR work efforts in partnership with functional leaders and teams. This role is accountable for employing sound processes and risk management that enable strong business performance and optimal business operations. The solutions delivered through this team build engagement and trust with stakeholders, and have a direct impact on the team member experience. Specific responsibilities include: Create a strong collaborative work environment to successfully develop partnerships with HR leaders, sponsors, portfolio managers, partner teams and key stakeholders. Ensure successful program/project planning and delivery to meet business/customer expectations. Provide value-added counsel on project investments that will best meet strategic business objectives, and influence and negotiate with senior management where needed. Consult with business partners to clarify and define program/project approach, scope, budget and timeline. Create and deliver effective presentations to senior management on projects goals and plans, including status reports. Develop and implement program and project level processes, procedures and performance metrics. Collaborate with senior leadership and major stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for programs and projects. Oversite of team members who lead project teams and all activities in a project life-cycle (ideation, initiation, planning, executing/controlling, and closing). Manage staff including coaching and mentoring, training, and performance management. Ensure excellence in project delivery working with project teams to understand. complex.problems and focusing on issue resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines. Ensure adherence to the Enterprise Project Management policies, standards and methodology. Oversee program/project/non-project control and related risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and enterprise policies. Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, project delivery, project methodologies, digital product/program management, strategic planning or implementation 5+ years of leadership experience Desired Qualifications Strong collaboration and partnering skills Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC): all phases and types of testing Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: used in waterfall or Agile development projects Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels Other Desired Qualifications Experience establishing, maintaining and monitoring project management practices Experience executing large-scale organizational change initiatives and concurrent work streams Experience leading, high-performing geographically dispersed, cross-functional diverse teams Project Management Professional Certification (or equivalent) Experience leveraging resources across the organization to create effective project/program teams Experience managing budgets for ongoing operations as well as project investments Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to leadership with the ability to articulate key messages around risks, issues, and impacts Job Expectations Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Salary Information The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
