A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You'll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

Job Requirements and Preferences : Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required : High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience : 2 year(s) Preferred Qualifications : Degree Preferred : Bachelor Degree Preferred Fields of Study : Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management Information Systems Preferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in providing services related to controls over financial and non-financial reporting, compliance, and operational processes, including business process and IT management controls, with a focus in the following areas: Process and control industry standards, risk management practices and techniques, and corporate governance regulations and requirements; Current and emerging technologies which may include SAP, Workday, data manipulation and visualization tools; Agile and scrum project management techniques (including sprint planning, backlog management and sprint review); and, Key internal operational processes of a professional services firm, e.g., engagement economics, billing and collection, performance appraisals, time reporting, personal independence, and compliance requirements. Demonstrates skills and abilities related to controls over financial and non-financial reporting, compliance, and operational processes within a professional services firm, including business process and IT management controls, with a focus in the following areas: Developing and implementing controls assurance or controls readiness projects associated with external audits, internal audits, and service organization controls reports, e.g., SSAE 16; Identifying and assessing key risks and controls, recommending improved controls, performing controls readiness projects, and identifying and assessing configuration of controls in financial reporting related business processes as well as in IT infrastructures, security, change management, operations, and program development; Influencing in highly ambiguous environments and collaborating through use of effective oral and written communication skills; Experimenting with automation & digitization in a professional services environment including but not limited toinnovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions, working with large, complex data sets to build models, and leverage data visualization tools; Utilizing rapid-prototyping efforts with new and emerging technologies leveraging agile development techniques; and, Taking responsibility for the quality of the team's work products and addresses the needs of the client, the Firm, and other stakeholders.
