TravelClick, an Amadeus company, is seeking a motivated individual to fill an Information Security Operator internship position. This role will help maintain and extend our high standard of security in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment. You will be working cross functionally at all levels across the enterprise to ensure we build and maintain our security posture from day one and follow best practices to deliver the peace of mind our customers depend on. This role will be both broad and deep, requiring individuals to quickly acquire technical and process knowledge. The Information Security Operator will be a primary contributor to the TravelClick security team. The Information Security Operator will be responsible for safeguarding TravelClick networks, systems and applications as well as testing those controls. You will be exposed to several technical areas of Information Security from SOC operations, Incident Response, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management This individual will be given the opportunity to strengthen their skills in information security while gaining real-world experience with an innovative company. This role will require the individual to be on-site at our Orlando office 80% of their paid time. The expected average contribution is approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility for other obligations. Responsibilities Conduct vulnerability assessments using tools such as Nessus or Qualys. Monitor, assess and respond to IDS/IPS and SIEM alerts. Monitor and analyze relevant vulnerability announcements and recommend appropriate actions. Perform web application or network-based penetration tests. Conduct Computer Incident Response Team (CIRT) activities, including forensic analysis and review and assessment of security events and logs via sophisticated security/event management tools. Implement and support network defense, identification/authentication/access control, data protection mechanisms, and data transfer mechanisms. Develop threat models and security risk assessments, and recommend mitigations and countermeasures to address risks, vulnerabilities and threats. Review and validate security documentation, including the system security requirements definition and System Security Plans. Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Basic Qualifications Actively seeking a STEM degree. Knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, topologies and the OSI Model. Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python, Ruby, Perl, Java, C) Experience with basic systems administration of a server platform. Additional Characteristics Strong written and verbal communication skills. Motivated self-starter with the ability to independently learn new skills or technologies. Detail oriented, well organized and ability to multi-task in a results-oriented environment. Ability to learn how to implement security controls in Linux and Windows. Ability to learn major web application stacks and technologies. Participation in CTFs or similar cyber security challenges/competitions strongly preferred. Technical Certifications such as Security+, Network+, CCNA, etc… preferred but not required. Marketing Research Summer Internship Portsmouth, NH
Job Summary / General Purpose: The Marketing Research Intern will work with the Marketing Research Manager who supports Marketing, Sales, and Human Resources with primary and secondary research and data analysis.  This position will collaborate with internal clients to understand their information and decision support needs, and design and execute the appropriate research to meet those needs. Major Duties / Responsibilities: Participate in informal training for Qualtrics online survey platform, TIBCO Spotfire business intelligence tool, and Salesforce reporting.  Self-motivate to practice with those tools and apply them in ways useful to the business throughout the internship, including converting existing Excel analyses to the business intelligence environment. Update an annual market sizing and Sprague market share analysis for refined petroleum products and natural gas, using internal sales data and energy consumption data from the Energy Information Administration. Generate, enhance and score sales lead lists on an as-needed basis, drawing and merging data from a variety of sources. Work with the Marketing Research Manager on refined products and natural gas customer satisfaction surveys, including sample list development, questionnaire design and testing, distribution of survey invitation and reminder emails, data analysis and reporting. Using Salesforce data and working with the Marketing Supervisor, create new reports to meet business needs in the TIBCO Spotfire environment. Attend meetings for greater understanding of our business challenges and opportunities. Other assignments as opportunities arise. Education / Experience / Skill Requirements: College enrollment in a related degree program; completed coursework involving quantitative data analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.  Experience with a business intelligence tool is a plus; willingness to learn and apply the tool is required. Experience with designing reports and visuals. Interest in project management preferred. Ability to work well individually and with others, organize workload, perform in a fast-paced environment. Ability to solve problems and conduct research as needed; see projects through to fruition. Exercise sound judgment when directing inquiries to others.  Follow up as needed to ensure resolution.
