The eData associate provides strategic advice on information governance, litigation related discovery, the use of data and analytic technologies in litigation, investigations, compliance and risk management, data privacy and GDPR.The associate will provide legal advice and practical guidance to colleagues and clients and will serve as discovery litigation counsel on cases throughout the eData practice and firm. A background in counseling and providing substantive legal advice to clients and colleagues on discovery compliance is a plus. Candidates must also possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills.
