Description: The warehouse associate is a very important part of Walker Auto and Truck Parts supply chain system. Without your help Walker Auto and Truck Supply could not accomplish their mission statement. He/she must be dressed presentably and in Walker/NAPA apparel. In addition to an acceptable appearance he/she must interact with outside stores and co-workers with a positive and helpful attitude. The prompt stocking, scanning, and shelving of incoming freight is key to Walker Auto and Truck so that its stores can have product available when it is needed for their stock or customers. He/she must have a passion for detail when shelving/organizing inventory to ensure that it is put in the correct spot. He/she will need to be able to use the RF scanner in order to keep inventory values correct and show shortages we needed. Keeping the warehouse clean and clutter free is a must so that you maintain a safe working environment. We encourage warehouse personnel to seek an interest in store operations, counter sales, delivery team and work to learn and grow their role within the company. **Land Survey Party Chief - Salary Based on Experience Primary Responsibilities: The Party Chief is the individual that represents the company in the field. The Party Chief is responsible for making sure that the crew and equipment are ready for the next assignment. The Party Chief must ensure that the work is performed to company standards and that the results are presented in a clear and concise format. The Party Chief is responsible to lead the field effort for various surveying tasks including; construction, topographic, boundary, right-of-way, and control survey projects. **Land Survey Rod Person - Salary Based on Experience Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following: A rod person has multiple responsibilities on a survey crew. Their first responsibility is to make sure that the truck is loaded with the necessary equipment and supplies that are needed throughout the day. When at the site a rod person will take on transporting and setting up the instruments and equipment and preparing the job site for survey. They generally are responsible for most of the clearing of brush and trees away from the survey line. As the work begins, it is the responsibility of the rod person to hold the prism pole steady for the surveyor to help determine elevations of different points. He also measures how far different points are from each other, using a tape or electronic equipment, and helps with the various pieces of survey equipment. A rod person may need to be familiar with various pieces of survey equipment. Job Type: Full-time
