CVS Health Job Description The Senior Analyst - Consultant will support the Anthem PBM Reporting with all lines of business operational reporting. This position is responsible complex new reporting solutions while simultaneously being proactive in seeking opportunity for process improvement. The Senior Consultant role will be SME level professional in business facing, working with the Operations, Quality and Regulatory teams to report trends and key quality, and volume metrics. Support for various internal departments, including: Regulatory/Compliance Legal, Finance, Account Management, IT and Clinical Operations, ensuring all reporting requirements are completed, timely and within regulatory guidelines. Required Qualifications 2-3 years of SQL development experience 2-3 years of SQL Server/Visual Studio experience 2-3 years of Microsoft Office experience, with a focus in Excel Preferred Qualifications PBM/Healthcare experience Excellent communication skills Tableau experience Ability to meet strict deadlines. Ability to handle multiple projects and identify, analyze and solve practical problems taking into account relevant factors and a wide variety of concrete variables Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), computer literacy and ability to read and write English. Ability to be part of a team environment as well as work independently with limited direction from management. Strong knowledge and experience in call center related data and reporting requirements. Strong analytical skills are required with ability to explain output results to non-analytical audiences. Good understanding of data warehouses, structures and database relationships.
