As a strategic partner to the deans and senior leadership teams, the Assistant Deans for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (ADeans) will have ten years of experience and contribute to the continued growth and success of each unit and advance them by cultivating a diverse and inclusive work environment that encompasses the unique perspectives and experiences of faculty, staff, students and the larger community MIT serves.
