Sort and process automotive, golf and steel case batteries onto pallets at a busy retail and recycling yard Must be able to consistently lift and move heavy batteries that can weigh up to 75 + Pounds Must be comfortable working outdoors on your feet for long periods of time Must have good customer service and selling skills and be comfortable working in a fast paced busy retail environment Must have an mechanical ability and be able to install car batteries into customers vehicle Must have a drivers license and clean driving record to be able to deliver and pick up batteries driving a stake bed truck Previous cash handling is preferred Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Previous forklift driving is a plus but not a requirement

We are looking for Customer Service Professionals who will be the liaison between our Sales Team and our current and potential homeowners and residents.  Responsibilities Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner. Maintain strong knowledge of all our property details in order to answer questions, provide helpful suggestions and selling the value of our properties and services. Process reservations and payments as needed. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Multi-task in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment. Toggle between screens and applications simultaneously. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
