Maintain strong knowledge of all our property details in order to answer questions, provide helpful suggestions and selling the value of our properties and services. Process reservations and payments as needed. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Multi-task in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment. Toggle between screens and applications simultaneously. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
