The Gate Guard will undertake the entry of our community and the protection of our residents, staff, and visitors. In addition, they will be responsible for detecting any suspicious happenings and preventing vandalism, thefts, or any other criminal behavior.
Monitor property entrance.
Authorize entrance of people and vehicles.
Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings.
Monitor surveillance cameras.
Provide assistance to people in need.
Answer incoming calls and route where appropriate.
Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and suspicious activity.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-year relevant experience.
Schedule
Saturday & Sunday
Day Shift is 5:45 am 1:45 pm
Other shifts as needed
