The contractor shall provide uninterruptible LNO support for the duration of each exercise. The Government does not authorize cross-utilization of LNO support with other functions under paragraph 4.0. The LNO shall be physically located (defined as located on-base, on-site and within the exercise theatre) with NSWC staff at each place of performance during all training events.
