We are looking for Customer Service Professionals who will be the liaison between our Sales Team and our current and potential homeowners and residents.  Responsibilities Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner. Maintain strong knowledge of all our property details in order to answer questions, provide helpful suggestions and selling the value of our properties and services. Process reservations and payments as needed. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Multi-task in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment.
