This individual can expect to take on different Excel, Project Management, and administrative tasks while being trained as an Infrastructure Services Lead Specific work includes interacting with Client’s ticket portal and working closely with colleagues to ensure infrastructure technology centered tickets are scheduled and completed on time. This individual can expect to take on project management-related tasks and several process improvement assignments, while assisting other ISLs with any necessary work to help facilitate IT projects. This individual will work closely with the Infrastructure Services Director to learn about various technology topics (Servers, Firewalls, Databases, Middleware, Disaster Recovery, Storage, Network).
