We are currently looking for a Senior Specialist  to join the ENERCON Team in Abu Dhabi, UAE .   Brief Scope of Work: Perform duties to support internal/external oversight evaluations (WANO/IAEA/NSRB/CNP/ Operational Readiness Exercises) on Units 1 through 4 for fuel load milestones to the assigned functional area. This includes supporting Nawah functions readiness and response to external oversight evaluations. Through the assessment of current performance, assistance and guidance to functions through the external oversight process and provision of robust challenge and oversight on the content and delivery of corrective action plans to close Operational performance gaps. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: (1) Support Operational Readiness Through self-assessments, reviews, Operational Exercise Assessments and observations, develop policies, plans and procedures for the effective management of external oversight Assist the development and maintenance of performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of functional response to findings and recommendations to gap closure.
