Utilizes parametric historical estimate data to develop a reasonable estimate of probable cost, based on high level of scope definition and preliminary intent for a capital asset in relation to an order of magnitude (PM) development. Compare the cost with data from previous contracts similar in nature when the estimate task required detail development. Develops scope sheets and request for bid or quotation from potential service providers, inclusive of internet, telephone and/or written provided data. Assists for historical data and estimate database management with the accumulation, evaluation, and documentation of cost data retrieved from completed discrete design and/or construction contracts, inclusive of work activity, delivery means and methods, productivity, activity durations, supervision and craft man-hour utilization. Reviews contract documents to access contract risk and significant exposure to estimated cost if potential risks are experienced. Assigns reasonable maximum cost and schedule exposure resulting from potential risks. May deliver quality controlled estimates for the project/program assigned. Traveling Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for managing a team of hourly employees in a retailer location. This is a hands-on leadership role managing; assembling, adjusting, or moving gondola or pallet racking shelves, beams and wire decking, rotating stock, assembling displays, moving counters, setting product and signage using provided instruction documents, and all other aspects of merchandising in a retail store environment. Bachelors degree in information technology, information sciences, math, or related degrees is desired, degree in computer science is a plus. One or more of cyber security certifications, such as CISSP, GISCP, any CompTIA and/or Cisco cert, CEH/CHFI, NCSF, or CISA is desired. Experience 8+ years experience in information or computer systems is desired. 2 or more years of cyber security experience are a plus. Knowledge, education, and/or more than 2 or more years experience in application of NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF) and NIST SP 800-53 is desired, knowledge of NIST SP 800-82 is a plus. Knowledge, education, and/or more than 2 or more years experience in application of cybersecurity in a building automation or an industrial operation, such as electrical or mechanical systems is desired. Excellent interpersonal skills and clearly demonstrated leadership experience, such as project management and team lead, for more than 2 years is desired. Also desired is a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing with team members, managers, and clients, in one-on-one sessions up to group gatherings of 100+, on highly-complex and difficult engineering/software issues pertaining to assigned tasks.
