PURPOSE STATEMENT The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator's responsibility is to coordinate the receipt of mail, inbound shipments, materials and supplies and distribution, processing of all outgoing mail, shipments for Rich's WHQ/Buffalo. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES Responsible for the receipt of all incoming air, ground, product and LTL shipments for all our vendors and suppliers Receive shipments, scan, notify, process and distribute to all internal customers. Receive USPS mail, sort, process and deliver to all internal customers. Process sort and deliver all interoffice mail to all internal customers. Process and post all outgoing USPS mail. Process all bin mail for RPC Brokers, Field Sales, Plants and International manufacturing and offices Pack, Process and ship all outgoing air, ground and LTL shipments for all internal customers. Verify and pack items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method used. Provide tracking information as needed. Process Record Retention requests for all internal customers. Record received and shipped items according to established procedures Coordinate and assist with special mailings, tradeshows and special projects Maintain and update all information and data as it pertains to Mailing and Shipping procedures. Processing POS orders / order fulfillment Maintain POS inventory and manage POS warehouse inventory Special projects as assigned Perform other related duties to support Rich Products Corporation's business objectives.
