The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Marketing and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. In support of this mission, Marketing is responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies across Wells Fargo's business lines and geographies; leading brand strategy; leveraging deep insights and analytics about consumers and businesses; executing customer messaging across all channels and touchpoints; and building out capabilities that move toward real-time, always-on, personalized and compelling messaging and digital experiences. ON-US CHANNEL The On-Us channel is responsible for all marketing that takes place on Well Fargo digital properties. The channel uses a combination of targeting applications and data sources to provide an individualized, personalized marketing experience to our customers. These applications rely on innovative, continually evolving digital marketing technologies-including artificial intelligence/models, user tracking, ad serving, cookie matching, and multivariate testing- to test, target, and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns. The use of these applications and technologies is dependent on a complex ecosystem of legal, risk management, and compliance protocols. Multiple stakeholders within Wells Fargo regularly review and approve their use to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and the latest regulatory and legal requirements. This position will manage the process for these reviews with the Legal, Risk, and Compliance (LRC) community, serving as a subject matter expert and a representative of the On-Us Channel team members that use these technologies on behalf of Wells Fargo businesses every day. It is a multifaceted role that operates on the leading edge of marketing technology, data, and the policies and regulations that guide their use. In this role, you will be part educator, part project manager, part negotiator, part analyst, and part strategist. Primary Responsibilities: Oversee annual modeling and other technology reviews with LRC. Prepare and present all documentation required for the reviews including securing supporting material and statistics from internal partners as well as vendors. Present new capabilities and business use cases to LRC and secure approvals for their deployment in the channel. Manage quarterly model attribute update requests to LRC. Maintain the documentation for all models, capabilities, and use cases in preparation for reviews. Identify the impacts of new regulations (i.e. California Privacy Act) and develop roadmaps to address them. Serve as lead for Enterprise initiatives to ensure channel compliance with new policies, legislation, or regulations. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to channel optimization consultants and leadership to ensure strategies and tactics are in compliance with LRC policies. Provide inputs on requirements for capabilities projects to ensure development is in compliance. Contribute generally to the development and implementation of compliant processes/procedures, capabilities, and their use cases. Coordinate incident reports for the team and manage remediation plans when necessary. Work cross functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Capabilities, Product Development, and Technology Departments to support all channel LRC needs. Maintain documentation of all approvals. Location: May consider additional locations within the designated Wells Fargo footprint. May also consider telecommuting within the designated areas.
