General Description of Position:                            Responsibilities include Daily production floor startup and shutdown, routine system Preventive Maintenance such as system cleaning, filter or pump changes as well as performing daily system checks to insure that all chillers, pump oil levels, and sufficient gas levels are maintained and tracked. Corrective Maintenance and Facility work as needed.                                                                     Specific Duties: - Essential (Employee shall be able to execute the following duties; but are not limited to):                               Perform system maintenance on all systems and support equipment.             Cleaning and leak checking of all systems as well as cleaning of all components and tools after maintenance. Packaging and preparing for shipment, all components that require being sent to outside vendors for cleaning or repairs. DI/RO water softener Salt usage tracking and daily system checks. Updating excel maintenance and COGZ PM Records. Physically qualified and able to use respirators. Read & interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Have the basic knowledge and understanding of electronic test equipment.                                     Other work to be performed:                                  Must maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion. Assist the maintenance team in development of new maintenance procedures and updating current procedures. Directions and assignments from: Lead technician and Maintenance Manager.                                     Equipment, Machines and Systems to be used and maintained by Employee:                                   PC based Systems. The most immediate need is for team members in our Alexandria and Manassas stores. Our Associates provide solutions for both existing and prospective customers. They are on the leading edge of new technologies including Smart Phones, LED lighting and next generation batteries. Position requires lifting 10-20 lbs on a regular and frequent basis, 50 lbs on an occasional basis, and more than 50 lbs on an infrequent basis.

Serves as the sales and service technician for residential garage doors, garage door openers, and related components. Provides multiple alternative recommendations for repair and replacement of necessary parts for garage doors. Sells appropriate services or replacement options. Interacts with customers on a daily basis providing them with excellent customer service. An equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience is a plus! Training provided!!!

Pool service technician/helpers needed. We have multiple positions available in our swimming pool service department. A Pool Service Manager is needed to run the daily operations of the service department. They will oversee all technicians, make service schedules, and handle all incoming service inquiries. A pool Technician will know how to maintain and repair all swimming pool equipment. Mechanically inclined is an acceptable equivalent. Helpers will be needed as assistance to technicians and to do general pool maintenance, i.e. vacuum, empty baskets, backwash filters etc. Previous experience, and computer savvy, a plus but we will train the right person.   Must have valid drivers license.
