The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Marketing and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Our guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively. Treasury Management is a key part of our Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation team. Wells Fargo is one of the largest providers of Treasury Management services in the U.S. Treasury Management helps customers optimize their cash flow while mitigating their operational, financial, and reputational risk. We focus on creating operating efficiencies, cost and time savings by delivering treasury solutions through a consultative approach. We put our customers at the center of every decision we make, focusing on their needs, being a leader in innovation, keeping things simple, and making our solutions easy to implement. Real-time cash management is critical to Wholesale customers' business needs today. The Wells Fargo Gateway is a key component of being able to deliver value-added services to these customers. As the latest distribution channel of banking services, the Wells Fargo Gateway is an external-facing, enterprise-wide channel to support partners & customers' emerging technology needs by bringing banking services to them and allowing them more control over how, when and where to use Wells Fargo's services. Allowing customers & partners' access to banking services as APIs (application programming interface), these discrete bank services can be easily embedded within customers' or partners' digital environments or software platforms so customers can access Wells Fargo products wherever and whenever they choose. As a critical line of business that currently delivers services through this channel, Treasury Management is looking for a senior leader to lead a team that delivers the successful development and roll out of API and digital services. This person will have the following responsibilities: Lead a team of TM Digital Product Managers focused on APIs and TM Digital initiatives Define the API strategy of banking services and associated priorities while establishing measurable objectives to ensure successful delivery, working in conjunction with the larger TM Product organization Lead team as risk management proponent; promote and adhere to risk management process and procedure Work directly with stakeholders across the business & enterprise to collaborate and contribute to the TM API strategy and the TMPS strategy of digitally delivering cash management & fraud mitigation services to wholesale customers. Establish and foster relationships with senior leaders from key partners, including: product managers from across the enterprise, technology, sales, service, implementations, and industry API leaders Lead cross-functional teams and partner with all levels of management across the company to define business strategy and create business plans (e.g. opportunity, approach, business case, market analysis, etc.); and support execution of initiatives Drive customer adoption by evaluating market needs, increasing segment adoption, establish pricing strategy and identifying cross sell opportunities Identify strategic partnership and alliance opportunities with external companies and industry experts to advance strategic priorities (internals, fin tech, competitors, trade associations, development community, etc); coordination of research, analysis to integrate recommendations Identify opportunities in the following areas and collaborate with teams throughout the company to deliver the following: proof of concepts (POCs), proof of technology (POTs) and beta testing in support of areas of focus Represent WF in enterprise committees as well as external boards/committees, trade associations; serve as an information resource to business and partner teams As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning or a combination of both, with one or a combination of the following: treasury, trade or payments products 6+ years of leadership experience Other Desired Qualifications 5 years in API, digital, product management and/or digital development experience Strong business judgement and leadership Prior experience with digital technology and emerging technology Disciplined operational thinker who can manage and lead in a complex risk environment Customer-facing experience; experience with working directly with external customers Experience leading and understanding technically complex digital services and assets End-to-end product development and delivery process experience, including setting strategic vision and product/service development, as well as ongoing delivery and maintenance Demonstrated management experience building and leading high performance teams; inspiring leadership to motivate team members and develop high-performing individuals and teams Personal Attributes Strategic Leadership - Creating and achieving a desired future state vision through influence on individual and group goals, reinforcements and systems.
