Wells Fargo Compliance is the company's compliance independent risk management function, providing company-wide leadership, standards, support, and independent oversight to ensure that all front-line business groups abide by applicable laws, rules, regulations and regulatory guidance (regulatory requirements), meet compliance responsibilities, and manage compliance risks. Wells Fargo Compliance credibly challenges management decisions, business processes and activities, and evaluates and assesses adherence to applicable regulatory requirements. It provides appropriate analysis, reporting, and escalation to senior management and the Board of Directors, sets minimum standards for the company, and gives advice, guidance, and support for compliance risk management activities across the enterprise. Within Wells Fargo Compliance, the Enterprise Testing group is responsible for establishing and maintaining a consolidated Enterprise Testing program at the corporate level. Enterprise Testing is responsible for developing a common methodology and standards, providing governance and oversight, executing testing; and conducting horizontal reviews. Testing and validation teams are responsible for implementing the Enterprise Testing methodology and standards, and executing group-specific testing. This position will be responsible for conducting testing of the Deposit Product Group (DPG) within Payments, Virtual Solutions & Innovation (PVSI). This role will provide the Independent Risk Management testing support required by Corporate Policy requirements that have been implemented by the Enterprise Testing group. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Leading and supporting the development and implementation of the Enterprise Testing program for the WFVC Contact Center lines of business • Conducting internal compliance/control engagements • Escalating results, trends, and issues identified, as appropriate • Training new hires, transfers, and existing team members • Creating and maintaining testing and validation resources specific to Contact Center (job aides, etc.) • Working with the line of business to understand the business processes and the controls that have been established to mitigate the risk Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in risk management (includes compliance, financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT systems security, business process management) or 5+ years of financial services industry experience, of which 3+ years must include direct experience in risk management Desired Qualifications An active Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation A BS/BA degree or higher Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Other Desired Qualifications Ability to lead teams and mentor less experienced testers. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and challenging environment 10+ years of experience in testing or audit with the financial industry. Experience and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Experience working effectively across business units to identify and mitigate risk.
