The Technology Finance team, within the Enterprise Finance group, supports Wells Fargo's multi-billion dollar Technology organization. This key position, leading the Technology Infrastructure Finance team reports to the head of Technology Finance. Responsibilities include: Primary financial leader supporting Technology Infrastructure at Wells Fargo Establish strong working relationship with Executive leader of Technology Infrastructure Sit at the table with Technology Infrastructure leadership team and help them make informed financial decisions Lead and coordinate all financial activities including financial planning and analysis, expense management, cost allocation and recovery, business case development, monthly financial reporting, and executive presentations, leveraging resources on your team and in finance Centers of Excellence to achieve outcomes Work in partnership with technology executive to establish objectives, create a regular cadence for engagement and interaction, provide simple yet effective financial information at the right level of detail for the audience, and ensure the business strategy of the Technology Infrastructure group is appropriately captured in the financial forecast and that we make informed financial decisions Help tell the story through the numbers and create financial accountability for results Coordinate and collaborate with peers on the Technology Finance team to standardize and simplify financial information across all of technology. Establish a strong partnership with the finance centers of excellence, involve them in interactions with the Technology Infrastructure team, and partner with them to produce information Location: Chandler, AZ; Charlotte, NC; Des Moines, IA; Minneapolis, MN preferred; other Wells Fargo locations may be considered As a Team Member Manager , you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will: Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them. Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics or reporting 5+ years of management experience Desired Qualifications A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting Demonstrated success and mastery managing in a matrixed environment Other Desired Qualifications Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Technology Executives to provide financial analysis, strategic insight, drive cost efficiency, and influence outcomes Prior experience working in a matrixed environment, leveraging resources outside direct span of control to achieve objectives Outstanding leadership, ability to assess talent, set a clear direction for the organization, and drive outcomes 7+ years of demonstrated technology infrastructure cost expertise 5+ years leading a finance team directly supporting technology A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting Financial industry experience Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department Knowledge and understanding of database querying and creating ad hoc reporting results using ESSBASE or similar querying methods Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Technology Executives to provide financial analysis, strategic insight, drive cost efficiency, and influence outcomes Exceptional track record of delivering results Proven superior strategic, analytic, and problem-solving experience, applied to creating business value.
