Seeking a new hire to join our fast paced environment.  Problem solving skills are a must.  General tool knowledge required.  Welding and steel fabrication is a plus but not required.  No experience in concrete is necessary.  Any building or fabricating experience is desired.  We need someone on our team that we can give shop drawings to and they are able to interpret and build forms for concrete or cut and build other structures.  Installs require a lot of problem solving and the ability to complete work in a timely manner.  All new hires will be trained on our methods and skills needed to produce our products.  If you're a fast learner that does well by seeing, doing and teaching then this will be a great fit for you.  Instagram profile is https://www.instagram.com/reachingquietdesign/

**Land Survey Party Chief - Salary Based on Experience Primary Responsibilities: The Party Chief is the individual that represents the company in the field. The Party Chief is responsible for making sure that the crew and equipment are ready for the next assignment. The Party Chief must ensure that the work is performed to company standards and that the results are presented in a clear and concise format. The Party Chief is responsible to lead the field effort for various surveying tasks including; construction, topographic, boundary, right-of-way, and control survey projects. **Land Survey Rod Person - Salary Based on Experience Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following: A rod person has multiple responsibilities on a survey crew. Their first responsibility is to make sure that the truck is loaded with the necessary equipment and supplies that are needed throughout the day. When at the site a rod person will take on transporting and setting up the instruments and equipment and preparing the job site for survey. They generally are responsible for most of the clearing of brush and trees away from the survey line. As the work begins, it is the responsibility of the rod person to hold the prism pole steady for the surveyor to help determine elevations of different points. He also measures how far different points are from each other, using a tape or electronic equipment, and helps with the various pieces of survey equipment.
