Responsibilities Contact Company provided leads to set qualified appointments Communicate with clients by phone, text and email to understand their needs Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various services Establish relationships with past and potential customers to facilitate sales Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales in CRM and tracking data in excel or google sheets
