A large and well-respected insurance company in Salt Lake City has immediate needs for Customer Service/Insurance Representatives.  The candidate must have good phone and data entry skills and be able to work at a fast pace, able to multitask and navigate through multiple processes of appointing agents. Responsibilities: Process insurance agent appointments and renewals with various insurance carriers Provide support to Advisors & Agents via Telephone and E-mail Take inbound calls from Agents regarding the status of their contract Processing new agent contract and maintaining agent files for various carriers Assist insurance agents with resident and non-resident licensing requirements Monitor And verify agent’s Continuing Education requirements and Errors & Omissions coverage for contracting Data Entry Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
