We provide plantscaping and landscaping services to businesses around the Boston area and lower half of New Hampshire. Our mission is to bring people closer to nature through beautiful spaces to help lower stress, increase creativity and speed up recovery!
As our operations manager, you will hire, train and manage the performance of the plant care and installation team. Currently we have 8 people on the team (FTE and Part time).
You will also respond to client feedback, requests and provide hands-on help or fill in for the crew when needed.
Lastly, you will have the opportunity to work closely with management on strategic initiatives including rolling out new products, processes and tools. For the right person, this is an exciting time to join the company as we position for growth. There is a clear path for this role to become the right hand person to the CEO on the operations side.
