As a Corporate Concierge, you will be the first to greet tenants and visitors for the office building. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer services skills and be able to handle various requests. Pay: $15.00 hourly Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 4:00pm Essential duties include: Greet tenants and visitors in a warm and friendly manner to promote goodwill and hospitality Act as point of reference for tenant or visitor who needs assistance, reservations, and information; attending to their needs and requirements Answer questions regarding the building, and refer specific inquiries to appropriate property manager Manage schedules for conference rooms and health clubs Assist Operations Manager with managing and maintaining various reports Maintain up-to-date information of consignment ticket price sheet, calendar of events, restaurant guide, and others Promote Weekend Happenings Newsletter to tenants and visitors Assist with planning Lunch-n-Learns, charity events, and other various events at the property Keep the concierge station clean, organized, and inviting for tenant and visitor interaction Ability to perform other duties as assigned You are a good fit if you have the following education, experience, and skills: High school diploma or GED required 1-2 years of customer service experience in the hospitality industry Experience working as a concierge in a hotel or luxury condominium is a plus Commitment to service excellence Maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude toward residents and community staff Ability to work a flexible schedule based on office needs Ability to work independently with little to no supervision Ability to multi-task and handle various duties at one time Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products, and handheld mobile technologies and applications Must display strong verbal and written communications skills Ability to take direction, be reliable, work productively on one's own and adhere to a schedule Knowledge of regional area and local events to be able to provide recommendations to tenants and visitors Attention to detail and quality Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
