Participate in education/training activities for new employees and students as directed by the laboratory manager/supervisor. Qualifications Education : For Medical Technologists hired after April 1, 2012, Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory, chemical, physical or biological science from an accredited institution is required. Skills : Must meet Testing Personnel qualifications for high complexity testing as defined per CLIA Regulations 493.1489 (see addendum for detail on CLIA Regulations, Sec. 493.1489). Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions required. Interpersonal and communication skills required.
