We are an ISO 9001-2015 registered manufacturer of precision machined die cast components and assemblies, serving customers throughout California, the US and world-wide. Established in 1946, we provide contract-manufacturing services to over 200 customers, including all part finishing, CNC machining, plating, painting and assembly. We are looking for the right person with a proven track record who is a team player and a problem solver for this hands-on position.
Responsibilities:
Program and operate CMM for purposes of performing first article and in-process inspections.
Perform first article inspections as well as in-process inspections.
Monitor finishing and machining operations to ensure in-process inspections are performed effectively.
Work with all departments to optimize QC/QA methods.
Applicant qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience related to the manufacture and quality control of machined parts.
