EVS is recruiting for Client Delivery Manager to support our client in various locations and allows for remote work when not traveling to and from different sites. This position requires travel. The Client Delivery Manager serves as the single point of contact during services delivery. In this role, the Client Delivery Manager will build and execute the overall client relationship plan and serve as a single point of contact, accountability, and authority for: End-to-end Service Delivery Service Excellence Client Satisfaction Contract Performance Financial Performance Value-add Sales/Business Development End-to-End Implementation Activities The Client Delivery Manager leads, coordinates and directs the long-term, consultative, client relationship to become the client’s trusted advisor. Manages across DAELL and our partners to maximize value to the client. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for communications with the client and within DAELL (support) regarding expectations and performance. Meets with client regarding project risks and issues. Responsible to lead delivery to established project schedule. Anticipates, mitigates, and manages risk to DAELL and the client. Responsible for overall service excellence and developing and executing relationship related “go-to-green” plans. Manages client communications and expectations around issues and provides final resolution for issues not resolved by leveraged delivery. Provides implementation management leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring implementation activities Uses industry expertise to understand the client’s agenda and identify ways to enhance the client’s business performance with DAELL services. Understands the client’s definition of thought leadership and innovation. Represents the full spectrum of DAELL capabilities to the client and serves as the client advocate inside DAELL. Oversees and administers the contract; works with the client to amend and approve as necessary. Identifies and communicates client demand signals for DAELL offerings and capabilities to the DAELL organization. Conducts forecasting and variance reporting consistent with corporate guidelines. Responsible for timely and accurate invoicing to the client, including dispute resolution and collection. Motivates employees to achieve the account vision, goals and culture needed to meet client and DAELL expectations. Works with leveraged organizations on personnel changes ensuring any staffing changes maximize the overall health of the account and the client relationship. Provides leveraged organizations and individuals performance feedback on achievement of account/client objectives and significantly contributes to decisions on performance evaluations and rewards. Develops and coaches the team and individuals to improve results. Sets an example of desired behaviors and implements consequences for inappropriate behavior. Communicates frequently with employees in various forums ensuring two-way dialogue. Required Skills 7 years’ experience as a technical Client Delivery Manager OR equivalent experience. 10 years’ experience in a consulting, client services or information technology role, with client contact at senior levels and demonstrated business development skills OR equivalent experience. Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the concepts, practices, procedures and deliverables associated with system development, implementation and operational readiness. Must demonstrate the technical acumen to work with technical teams to develop comprehensive operation plans and address technical issues. Must be able to interact with clients, lead client meetings, interface with C-level customer staff, and interact with DAELL leadership and staff. Must demonstrate the initiative and experience to proactively identify issues, plan work for a team and accomplish goals on schedule. Extensive experience managing, coaching and developing staff. Must demonstrate the ability to work on multiple initiatives at the same time. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to travel.
