Pre-Tech
The Prep-Technician is a part of production support. Activities will take place in the forms of shop maintenance and cleanup, preassembly, bench work, or vehicle preparation for build teams or specialty technicians. It is the Prep-Technician's responsibility to prepare sub-assemblies, prepare vehicles by either disassembly or assigned functions by Team Lead. Prep work of parts will be determined by the Team Lead and will derive from the Vehicle Build Sheet. This includes, but not limited to window bars, TLO boxes, push-bumpers, prisoner door panels, assembling of various products, etc. while maintaining a high level of quality. • Qualifications o Have a valid driver's license o Able to work in a high pace environment and adapt to change o Ability to learn quickly o Ability to work independently and within a team o Positive attitude is a must o Own and able to operate basic tools and power tools o Basic 12 volt knowledge o Preferred but not required, 1 year of mechanical automobile experience or a certificate of completion from an automotive or related technical school Full-time, part-time, and temporary positions available. Pay is based on experience. This is contract employment.
