Job scope The End-to-End Planning Director - Enterprise Services leads global capability and mastery of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Integrated Business Planning best practices. This role is responsible for ensuring effective alignment of BU End-to-End Planning activities with the enterprise strategic and operational goals. Creates overall strategy and vision and identifies next generation capabilities. Key Responsibilities Overall governance related to Demand and Supply Planning globally, including KPI management (i.e. inventory and service level) Management, mentorship and coaching of ES Directors and Managers for Demand, Supply, and IBP Responsible for leading aspects of the Enterprise Services related to Demand & Supply Planning initiatives including processes and tools Serve as the voice of the Global Demand and Supply Planning ES team, specifying the process, the best practice, and proven implementation templates. Recognized as the authority on Demand & Supply Planning processes and tools. Ensure compliance to industry and company best practices through working in close collaboration with the CS&L Sr Director, BU teams and Integrated Supply Chain leader in the BU. Ensure that all phases of Demand and Supply Planning are executed according to best practice, including assessments, education and training sessions, leadership orientation, implementation and on-going audit and assessment (sustain) phases of Demand and Supply Planning. Work closely with Region and BU leadership and BU resources in preparation of and realization of implementation plans. Together with the BU CS&L Leader, build the Road Map for the BU for improvement of Demand and Supply Planning capability Play a key leadership role in ensuring the success of initial roll-outs and implementation of Demand and Supply Planning processes and next generation technologies and processes Ensure process excellence for processes supporting Demand & Supply Planning such as Demand Sensing, Customer Replenishment, and Finite Scheduling Lead and implement necessary KPI scorecards and benchmarking activities Drive partnership with IBS Drive consistent Demand, Supply and Material Planner certification and training across regions With strong knowledge of foundational supply chain related processes across the end to end supply chain, ready to step in with coaching, counsel and training to reinforce good business practices and processes Serve as a key touch point for Talent Management by identifying high potential talents across regions and business units to coach and transition into key business unit roles in the future 40% - Leads Global Demand and Supply Planning process best practice definition and governance including planning process and tool assessment, by defining Demand and Supply Planning best practices to deliver best in class standards as supporting input for Integrated Business Planning (IBP). 20% - Ensure alignment at the global level with BU counterparts for all Demand and Supply Planning activities by understanding BU requirements to adequately balance them with global requirements 20% - Drive continuous improvement of Demand and Supply Planning, by ensuring that capability assessments and improvement needs are clearly documented and improvement plans are in place, and collaborating with appropriate Regional SCE Business Process Excellence Associate Directors, Global SCE Business Process Directors and business unit partners, to improve and sustain better metrics (e.g. forecast error, bias, DIOH, service level, etc.) 20% - Own coaching and team development of the Global SCE Business Process Directors, by facilitating appropriate training, certification, as well as on the job coaching and mentoring, to ensure adequate skill set within the team and enable their career growth within the organization Key Interfaces Internal Vendors/solutions providers Peer companies for benchmarking Business consulting partners Advisory services partners External MLT stakeholders (CEO direct reports) IBS co-pilots, global and BU IBS leaders ES Planning direct reports BU Operational leaders for DP, S&OP, S&OE, SP, and CS&L IT services for projects definition and execution Finance ISC leadership - ES and BU Cross-functional partners, including Procurement, Legal, Change Management, and HR 18 years experience minimum B.Sc. in technical discipline like Engineering or Supply Chain Management required, MBA or MS in technical discipline preferred Proven track record and expertise in defining and implementing digital strategies Background in End-to-End Planning execution, process design, leading S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), and other CS&L functions Strong background in CS&L systems, KPIs and processes Expertise in driving global transformations and continuous improvement Ability to influence multiple and diverse stakeholders Cross-functional collaboration skills and relationship building Mondelēz Global LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
