The nurse is specifically responsible for medical monitoring and education for those on the DDTT team. Work collaboratively with Psychiatrist, Program Director, Team members and Treatment Team/IA. Merakey is seeking a  Practice Manager  to join our Business Operations team in our Erdenheim, PA location. POSITION OVERVIEW The Practice Manager ensures revenue is captured in a timely and compliant manner by assisting staff with billing cycle issues, completing Medicare/Medicaid and other applications, reviewing and ordering reports and providing training and supports to program staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Unbilled Report Monitoring: The Practice Manager will work 1:1 with programs to ensure billing cycle procedures are followed and conduct gap analyses as needed; report gaps in business procedures/process maps to the Director of Practice Management; implement corrective actions to prevent lost revenue in the billing cycle; assisting programs with reviewing billing cycle reports/Authorizations and Open Requests Due to Expire, Treatment Plan Due to Expire Reports, Unbilled Service Detail Report, etc. This task may require travel; Management of/and Co-Hosting the Open Accounts Receivable Meetings: The Practice Manager will be responsible for the scheduling and co-hosting of all Open AR meetings. Responsible for taking detailed notes during the meetings listing action items, corrective action plans/steps and identifying which party/person is following up on certain action items/tasks. Ensures all notes are completed within 72 hours of the Open AR meetings and forwards to the Director of Practice Management. Responsible for running applicable Crystal and other reports prior to the Open AR meeting, assist with coordination of Open AR data/information with other team members. Sends out meeting invitations 24-48 hours in advance of the Open AR meeting date. Required to follow-up on all Open AR action items with the party responsible for the task/item; reports billing cycle trends of increasing bad debt and process gaps to the Director of Practice Management in a summarized format after each meeting; Program Licenser : The Practice Manager is responsible obtaining updated Program Licenses from the Program Managers/Directors/designee.The Practice Manager is responsible for sending al list of license status to all program staff each month and documenting the updated status in the Corporate Licensing Smartsheet. The Practice Manager will prepare a monthly licensing summary reports for the Director of Practice Management.The Practice Manager will assist as need to assure that the Licensing Smartsheet is accurate and up to date on a daily basis and ensuring the license is scanned to the Licensing Smartsheet. Training: The Practice Manager is responsible for scheduling and providing various Business Operations trainings to program staff. The Director of Practice Management will work closely with the Practice Manager to assure that all newly hired staff/managers/directors attend mandatory Practice Management/Business Operations Billing Cycle trainings.The Practice Manager will send out training reminders, complete training certificates and assure sufficient quantities of training presentations and hand-outs are available.The Practice Manager is responsible for assuring using the projector, Zoom meeting software or other software to aid in trainings; this task may require travel. Merakey is seeking Autism Behavior Technicians to join our Education and Autism division in State College, PA.   POSITION OVERVIEW The Autism Behavior Technician provides one-on-one support and assistance to a student with autism, including support and assistance in the use of medical equipment such as augmentative communication devices; activities of daily living; and monitoring health and behavior.
