The Senior Estimator is the Lead Estimator for projects and work with other Estimators, suppliers and customers to complete the estimate. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Prepare estimate from quantity take-off on project and complete estimate to computer printout. Identify parts of project that may be key to making a competitive estimate.  Review proposal specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate. Evaluate possible areas for potential value engineering cost savings. Provide leadership to personnel preparing discipline sub estimates for assigned bids. Ensure all working documents and data are maintained to back-up estimate figures. Develop labor productivity and (installation unit costs where applicable) based on projected site conditions and historical data. Prepare detailed listing of material and equipment items for the estimate and to obtain quotes. Identify qualified suppliers/subcontractors and be responsible to solicit quotes. Review quotes for completeness and conformance with plans and specs. Responsible for the timely completion of all client-required documents. Draft scope/proposal letters for bid and negotiated projects. Prior to the issuing of the formal bid package, provide to the Chief Estimator a detailed review of scope, technical requirements and pricing for the estimated bid package. After the successful bid at project turnover, meet with the Project Management departments to fully explain job scope, potential areas of attention and other aspects for the successful transition of the project. Maintain files of all working documents to back-up estimate figures and update the Rosendin approved estimating program. The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the positions role within the business unit. Leads development and monitoring of the individual behavioral support interventions; 3. Participates in the team meetings and additional consultation as needed; 4. Collects and evaluates behavioral data; 5. Observes the participant in various settings for developing a behavior support plan; 6. Collaborates with the participant, their family, and their team for developing a behavior support plan that must include positive practices; 7. Conducts comprehensive functional assessments of presenting issues (e.g. aggression, self-injurious behavior, law offending behavior (sexual or otherwise); 8. Develops and maintains behavior support plans, which utilize positive strategies to support the participant, based on functional behavioral assessments and may not include restraint procedures (physical, chemical, or mechanical) as support strategies 9. Conducts training related to the implementation of behavior support plans for the participant family members, and staff; 10. Implements activities and strategies identified in the participant's behavior support plan; 11. Monitors implementation of the behavior support plan, and revises as needed; 12. Collaborates with the participant, their family, and their team in order to develop positive interventions to address specific presenting issues; and, 13. Completes required paperwork related to data collection, progress reporting and development of planning material. 14. Provides on-going training to the program staff; to properly address the needs of the population being served; and, 15. Works collaboratively with the program's psychiatric nurse, pharmacist, and psychiatrist to coordinate medication monitoring and adjustment. 16. Develops comprehensive goal plans in conjunction with individuals, team and family members. 17. Provides service delivery coordination, including coordinating and monitoring the activities of the individual's treatment team. 18. Utilizes recovery based, person centered focus to develop, write implement, evaluate and revise, as necessary, individual's behavior support plan in collaboration with the Treatment Team. 19. Provides individual and group supportive interventions and symptom management ensuring that immediate changes in the treatment plan are made, as necessary. 20. Acts as a liaison and consult with community agencies and families to maintain coordination in the treatment process. 21. Educates and supports individual's families and advocate for individual's rights and preferences. 22. Conducts comprehensive assessments. 23. Documents individual's progress while maintaining a permanent record of individual's activity in accordance with policies and regulations. 24. Primary Role: The role of the Mondelēz International Sales Service Representative (Merchandiser) is to build a world-class Direct Store Delivery (DSD) business at the retail level by fulfilling the merchandising needs of our grocery-related customers. As a Merchandiser for our company you are primarily, though not exclusively, merchandising Nabisco specific brands. Areas of focus will include full-shelf conditions, neatly-merchandised displays and shelves, building display point-of-sale in all areas of the store, properly-rotated product on the shelf, and accurate price tags / point-of-sale in all departments. A major objective of this role is to establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals, while providing outstanding customer service. This role will be responsible for maintaining a timely and accurate merchandising call schedule. Program Overview: The Intensive Transition Service Team (ITS) is a recovery-oriented, holistic approach to supporting individuals who are diagnosed with a mental illness and an intellectual disability (IDD). This program offers a team approach to service coordination and treatment for individuals who have encountered challenges succeeding in more traditional treatment settings. The ITS focus is to address transitional support and continuity of care for the individuals supported by the team. The model employs a community-based, team-delivered approach. Service delivery is achieved through integrated case management, medication management, mental health treatment, behavioral assessment, and subsequent development of positive behavioral support plans. ITS provides intensive short-term treatment with a 12 to 18 month average treatment length. Services Location: Transition Services are provided where the individual is at the time of need; which include the CA Institutes of Mental Disease (IMD's), community resident's, and other community settings; such as; a coffee shop, work place or MERAKEY office. Job Description: The Psychiatrist takes the lead in all psychiatric treatment and monitoring of all other health conditions and medications. The Psychiatrist shares responsibility with the Program Director and BCBA to monitor each individual's clinical status and response to treatment as well as supervise the staff delivery of clinical services. Regional Executive Director - I/DD Services
Merakey is seeking a Regional Executive Director for I/DD programs in the state to include Escondido (San Diego County) and Sacramento . Programs provide residential supports to I/DD Adults with co-occurring Mental Health and/or other challenging support needs.   The Regional ED will oversee 3 homes in Escondido with a total of 12 beds with a fourth home in development. In Sacramento there are currently 2 homes with a total of 7 beds with a third home in development. Of the 5 current homes -- 3 are Enhanced Behavior Support Homes (EBSH) and the two in development are also EBSH's. The individuals being served are coming from developmental centers or more restricted settings.
