Lead Carpenter – Job Description & Responsibility List Yorklyn Construction is looking for a Lead Carpenter to join our team!  The right person will have at least 5 to 10 years of carpentry, framing, renovation and construction experience, be willing to work with and alongside our Master Carpenter and take the lead on other smaller projects.   Job Responsibilities & Expectations Perform all standard operations and job responsibilities of a lead carpenter.   Help with bidding and estimating projects by estimating hours and time spent on various projects and creating materials lists.
